Of course we hope that you are happy with your purchases from Fimeau! If you would like to return a purchase, this must be done within 14 days of receipt .

We would like to receive your request via email (studiofimeau@gmail.com) with an explanation of why you want to return the item. The buyer pays the shipping costs for returning. Studio Fimeau is not responsible for returns that go missing and therefore we recommend shipping with track & trace evidence.

Only products in their original condition and packaging will be processed for a refund. If the products are damaged/worn, or the return period has expired, we reserve the right not to process the return request. For orders that are returned in full, we charge €2.50 return costs, this amount will be deducted from the refund

NB! For hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings and ear jewelry. If there is a problem with the earrings, you must let us know within 2 days of receipt. We will then look for a suitable solution.
