1. What happens once I have placed my order?
How nice that you found something beautiful! We ship orders within 2-3 working days. You will receive a message when your order has been shipped and - if applicable - with a track & trace code. If you have a larger order and/or we need a little more time to make your items, you will be told immediately.
2. The item I want is sold out! What now?
Because we do not maintain a huge stock, it is possible that certain products (or parts for them) become sold out. In principle, everything from the webshop will be restocked, so please try again at a later time. If you wish to receive an update about the restock, you can also send an email or DM on Instagram and we will keep you informed!
3. Can I exchange or return products?
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return products. The shipping costs for returning are at your own expense. Please note, ear jewelry and earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
4. Do you also do custom orders?
Small adjustments to existing designs are often not a problem, for example if you would like a chain a little longer/shorter. You can indicate this in the comments field during checkout. If you have a request for other colors on an existing design or you have a specific idea in mind, please send us a DM or email. We will then see what is possible.
